Delete your NorthStar account

Request deletion of your NorthStar Production Maps account and associated personal data. We handle verified requests within 30 days and confirm completion, explaining any legally retained records. Your separate MARA account and other people's records are not deleted.

Saved local maps, tracks and waypoints remain on your device. Export anything you need, then remove the app and its stored data to erase local copies.
