The email link opens your configured mail app. You can also copy the address into any email client.

Signing in or accepting an invitation
Use the email address your manager invited. If the invitation has expired, ask a MARA manager to use Resend invitation in Team & Access. You create your own private password; don’t send it to support.
A company or project is missing
Your MARA manager controls which companies you can access and your role in each one. Ask them to check Team & Access. NorthStar access is separate: having access to NorthStar does not automatically give you MARA access.
A report hasn’t saved
Keep the report open, check your connection and read the save-status or error message. Don’t discard unsaved changes. Note the report date, project and exact message when contacting support.
Sharing a PDF with Outlook or another mail app
On iPhone, use the email-app chooser and look under More if your mail app isn’t shown. Check From, To, Subject and the PDF before sending. If needed, use MARA’s Copy recipients or Copy subject controls. Direct Microsoft 365 sending needs a connected mailbox and your organisation’s permission.
Camera, photos or voice isn’t working
Check MARA’s camera, photo and microphone permissions in your device settings. AI features also need a connection. Typed report entry remains available. Use voice while parked or as a passenger, never while driving.
