Delete your MARA account
MARA is operated by Integrity Industries North Inc. You can request account deletion from the app or this website, even if you have uninstalled the app.
Start a verified request
- Open the request screen below and sign in with your MARA account.
- Request an email verification code, enter the code, and type DELETE MARA to confirm.
- Submit the request. Keep its reference number and check its status on the same screen.
In the app, open Privacy & Account from the menu or sign-in screen.
What happens next?
The privacy team at admin@summitgeoinc.com processes verified requests within 30 days. You receive a request receipt and a completion email. Submitting a request does not erase anything immediately. You can cancel before review begins; once review starts, contact the privacy team immediately if you want to stop it.
What is deleted?
The request covers your MARA account across all companies, personal profile and access information, MARA email connections, push registrations and associated personal usage data. Personal information in reports, uploaded files and audit records is reviewed for deletion or anonymisation.
Information that must be retained by law may remain. Your completion notice will explain retained categories, reasons and applicable retention periods. Backups, service-provider records and copies already exported to other systems require separate review. A company audit trail alone is not a blanket reason to keep personal information.
NorthStar stays separate
A MARA request does not request deletion of NorthStar access. Where you use both apps, sign-in information needed for NorthStar remains for that purpose. Tell the privacy team explicitly if you also want to request NorthStar deletion.
Cannot sign in or receive a code?
Use Forgot password on MARA’s sign-in screen. If you cannot access your account email, contact admin@summitgeoinc.com for an alternative ownership check. Never email your password or verification code.
